Mr. H. P. La wry, presided at the sitting of tho Magistrate’s Court in Palmerston North yesterday. C. J. Hodge admitted operating as a second hand dealer without a license and was fined £2 with 10s costs. L. O. Farr operated a truck without having renewed a heavy traffic license, for which he was fined £2 with 10s costs. S. Rush and Co., Ltd.f also operated a truck without having renewed a heavy traffic license, for which they were fined £1 with 10s costs. For having no vehicle authority the company was fined 10s with 10s costs. L. C. Walker was fined £1 with 10s costs for running a car without a warrant of fitness.
