The following are the statistics relating to the Feilding Muncipal Abattoir for the month of February, the figures in parenthesis relate to tho same month last year: 12G cattle (109); 558 sheep (429); 17 lambs (33); 1990 pigs (2964); 2 vealers and 3 bobby calves. Fees amounted to £319 4s 7d (£406). The figures for the extended abattoir district are as follows: 133 sheep (159); 293 lambs (31G); 43 pigs (42) and 18 cattle (15). Fees amounted to £ll 13s 7d (£ls 14s lOd).
