Spanish Diplomats Visit America
(Received Sunday 6.30 p.b.) NEW YORK, March 6. The New York Time® eays the former Spanish Foreign Minister, Senor Juan Beigbeder, has arrived in America. Mr. Sumner Welles explained that he came solely at the initiative of the Spanish Government with no initiative whatever from the White House. Diplomats say it is not a diplomatic mission but he has come for private and military reasons involving a first-hand study of American affairs and tho war effort.
