Growing Vegetables
(To the Editor.} Dear Sir, —Your leader gfeatly interested me. You mentioned that some town dwellers, of course, could not grow vegetables as they had no ground. I spent the last war in England and there those who had no land were given the use of vacant unused plots in allotments so that many people who had no land of their own could grow their own vegetables.
