REPLY TO BRITISH MEMORANDUM United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 7 p.m. LONDON* May 22. The Moscow radio announced that M. Molotov, replying to tho British trade memorandum, rejects the British viewpoint and declares the memorandum shows the British have no desire to open trade negotiations. He expresses the intention of the Soviet to trade with belligerents and neutrals in u principle of equality.
