Oko are at present spending a holiday in Levin, where they are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. Bracken. Mr. G. H. Lucas, who visited Awahuri to be present at the golden jubilee celebrations of Mr. and Mrs. j. Oke, has now' returned to Ills home In Te Horo. | Mr. A. Hume has returned home after | spending his annual vacation in the north. , Mr. and Mrs. W. Over and their small daughter Beverly are at present spending a holiday in Auckland. Kia Kaha girls’ hockey team are to be congratulated on their splendid team work which at present looks promising for a successful season. Friends of Miss M. O'Farrell will regret to learn that she is still on the sick-list with a poisoned arm, and will wish her a speedy recovery.
