Co-operating between the canvassers and the executive were members of the Board of Directors.

There was also tin excellent response to the efforts of the ladies auxiliary, under tho leadership of the president (Mrs. A. E. Edwards) at the stall situated near the Post Office. The produce for this stall was donated liberally bp supporters of the Y.M.C.A. The firms which supplied helpers from among their staffs included Woolworths Ltd., Mac Duffs Ltd., J. R. C. M. Ross Co., Ltd., P.D.C., Libertyland, Alexander Clark, Ltd., Mounsev's and the A.M.P. Societv.
