FIXATION WANTED FOR MEAT AND WOOL Per Press Association. WAIMATE, Last Night. Fifty South Canterbury farmers at a mooting called for those favouring a guaranteed price for meat and wool carried a resolution that the meeting form itself into a guaranteed price association and approach the Government for a guaranteed price for meat and wool to enable the farmers to pay costs and give a standard of living commensurate with that of other sections of the community.
