Chinese Offensive Halted
MORE SEVERE FIGHTING United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright, LONDON, April 25. The correspondent of Tho Times in Hongkong says that tho Chinese offensive has been brought to a standstill. ►Severe fighting continues near Kongmoon. The Chinese claim to have prevented the occupation of Shekki by the Japanese, but a Chinese attack on Canton was halted at Kongtsun, fifteen miles from Canton.
