“Forbidden Valley” Drama of the Old West
NOAH BEERY AND DAREDEVIL BUCKAROOS (Meteor: Now screening.) Noah Beery, Jr., and a collection of daredevil buckaroos, laugh, love and fight their way through a drama of the old West, “Forbidden Valley.” This picture features a spectacular stampede of wild horses, fierce hand to hand combats and blazing primitive emotions. The story dramatizes the life of a lad, cut off from civilization, growing to manhood among the mighty peaks of the California Sierras, his only companions a few Indians and a father hiding away from the long arm of the law. Tragedy and loneliness come to this boy. Then he meets a lovely girl. But civilization tries to clutch him, and he becomes involved in a series of wild aud stirring episodes. Frances Robinson, Samuel S. Hinds, Fred S. Ivohler, Sr., Robert Barrat, Stanley Andrews and Jack Ridgey have important roles in this picture.
