TITLE WITH PRIVILEGES United Press Association.—By Eleetrio Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 8.5 p.m. MOSCOW, Dec. 29. In an attempt to stimulate industrial output the Government has created th-e title, “Hero of Socialist Labour,” which will rank with “Hero of th* Socialist Union.” The new award entitles the holder 1o stipend money premiums and housing for a motor-car. Jt is intended to create a super-group of privileged workers.
