Southland Fanners Come North
LARGE PARTY ON TOUR Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 6. A party of Southland farmers and their wives and families 220 strong, arrived in Wellington this morning on a tour of the North Island arranged by the Railway Department and Farmers’ Union. The tour embraces New Plymouth, Auckland, Rotorua, Arapuni, Frankton Ruakura, Hamilton, Napier and Hastings returning to Wellington via tho Wairarapa on Saturday, July 16.
