Mrs. J. Hodgo and Miss Hodge, of Rangiwahia, aro visitors to Wellington for the Easter holidays.

Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Oram, Featherston street, Miss V. Oram and Mr. H. Oram, will spend tho Easter vacation at Taupo.

Miss E. Whitehorn, of ’Wellington, who has been tho guest of her sister, Mrs. S. Simcox, Otaki, left last night for Hamilton.

Mrs. H. Gifford Moore, with her small son, is staying with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Mortland, Featherston street, for. Easter.

Sir Andrew and Lady Russell, of Hawke’s Bay, will leave next week for Sydney, where Sir Andrew will attend the reunion of returned soldiers.

Mrs. R. A. Fuller, Victoria avenue, will have as her guests for Easter her daughter, Miss Grace Fuller, of Christchurch, and Miss Mary Gardner, of Lower Hutt.

Mrs. L. F. Peach, Hastings, who lias been holidaying in Christchurch, is now the guest of Mrs. C. Anderson, Mansori street. She -was welcomed as a visitor at the meeting of fet. David’s Ladies’ Guild yesterday afternoon.

Mrs. A. L. Robinson, of Church street, and Miss F. Robinson, who have been visiting Franz Josef glacier, are now in Christchurch, where Mrs. Robinson is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. A. ij. Flower, College House.

Miss A. Erenstrom, the eldest adughter of Mr. and Mrs. Erenstrom, of Ruahino street, Palmerston North, is leaving Wellington to-day on the first stage of a 12 months’ tour abroad. Miss Erenstrom will join tho Mooltan at Sydney, and during her time in Europe she will endeavour to see something of Sweden and other northern countries. Miss Erenstrom is to return via America.

Two rinks from the Feilding Ladies’ Bowling Club visited the Hokowhitu Ladies’ Club last Tuesday, an enjoyable afternoon being spent in friendly games. The home team managed to carry off the honours. Afternoon tea made a pleasing break in proceedings, opportunity being taken by the president, Mrs. W. S. Woodroofe, to offer a welcome to the visitors. Hopes were expressed for a return visit early next season.
