SERIOUS ASPECT OF CASE.

Per Press Association.

DUNEDIN, Last Night.

In the Police Court to-day Lloyd Thomas Sims was charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a car, with unlawfully converting a car to his own use and with being an unlicensed driver.
