New Low Point in American Interest Rates
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Monday, 9.50 p.m. WASHINGTON, Dec. 7. A now low point has been reached in the interest rate for Government borrowing when interest on 1,500,000,000 dollar loan was recorded at 1J to 2£ per cent.
