TIRES AT NEW JERSEY. - - - NEW JERSEY, Nov. 11. - A -night-club waiter, Hayward Adams, aged 23, stating that he felt like setting fire to things when he had -been-drinking, admitted that he was the incendiarist who started nine fires early yesterday and 24 last year. In one of these a man was burned to death. Adams first attracted the suspicion of the police jvhen he appeared at several Y yesterday’s nine fires and helped to #xtinguish them. He has been arrested un charges of arson and murder
