(State: Coming Soon).. That debonair detective, William Rowell and his lovely co-star, Jean Arthur, playing in RIS.O Radio’s race track mystery, “The Ex-Mrs. Bradford,” hardly need an introduction. This is the third movie in ■which they have combined their deductive powers to solve cryptic crimes. So well did the dark-haired, smoothmannered Powell and dainty blonde Miss Jean Arthur teams together that EKO Radio lost no time in casting them opposite each other again. In this picture, Powell plays the role of a successful doctor, and Miss Arthur is his ex-wife. Sho decides to recapture her former husband, but finds him involved in a baffling murder mystery. Tho original story was written by the well-known mystery author, James Edward Grant. Powell and Miss Arthur are supported by a strong cast, including Eric Blore, James Gleason, Robert Armstrong, Ralph Morgan, Lila Lee, Erin O'Brien-Moore, Grant Mitchell and Frank M. Thomas. Stephen Roberts, who directed Powell in “Star of Midnight,” is back at tho megaphone again, and Edward Kaufman, who adapted “Star of Midnight,” produced.
