HELPS TO WIN RELAY CHAMPIONSHIP. Received Sunday, 8.10 p.m. LONDON, July 5. At the White City Lovelock (New Zealand) assisted the Achilles Club to retain the victory trophy in the foui miles relay which was run‘in 17mins. 31.25ec3. Lovelock exhibited a glimpse of his real form, running the first mile in 4mins. ISsccs., and securing a lead of SO yards which his team mates in creased to a hundred, beating the Southgato Club. The Quintin Hogg victory trophies rank as the British relay championships.
