HIS MATCH
A scientist who was small of stature was having some men introduced to him. One very tall man was endeavouring to be funny at the other people’s expense. “Ah,” ho said, bending down as if ho had difficulty in seeing the scientist, “I have often heard of you, but I’ve never seen you before.” “Indeed,” retorted the other, promptly. “Well, sir, I’ve often seen you, but I’ve never heard of you.”
