LAMBS EASIER Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., reporting on their usual weekly sals, state that a yarding of 922 sheep was submitted to a large ' attendance of the public. Bidding was spirited and they were successful in disposing .of tho whole of their entry at prices quite on a par with present sales, lambs showing an casing tendency. The’ following prices were realised:— Account Estate J. Redman; 52 4yr ewes 25s Gd, GG 4 and G-th. cues -bs 2d, G do., 20s. Account J. W, Perry: 107 Syr. ewes, 23s Gd. Account A. Winter: S ewe lambs I9s lid, 50 syr owes 10s sd. Account W. F. Nelson: 2 1G w.w. iambs ISs 9d, ewe lambs 17s 2d. Account 11. Morrison: 220 wav. lambs ,17s 9d, fat lambs 22s Gd, wether lambs 15s 3d, ewe lambs Its 7d, fat lambs £1 3s. LOAN CO.’S REPORT The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on the weekly sale' held on Tuesday, wlicu a good yarding of sheep came forward and met with good competition. Ewes sold at late quotations; lambs, if anything, were somewhat easier. Sales arc as follow: — Account J. G. Woodhouse (in conjunction with Dalgety and Co.): 30 wether lambs 12s, Go do. 13s Gd, 32 ewe lambs lGs, 70 ewe lambs 19s 2d. Account A. 11. Cox: 101 shorn wether lambs 17s 4d, m.s. lambs 15s Bd. Account J. H. Jowers: 71 f.m. ewes 18s Id. Account A. J. Patchctt: M.s. lambs 13s 3d, m.a. ewes 17s lOd. Account H. Holmes Miller: Two, four, and six-tooth ewes 25s Id, four and five-year ewes, 23s 7d. Account Mrs Berry: 43 f.m. ewes, IGs. Account Jas. Judd: 70 s.m. ewes, 23s Gd. Account Murphy Bros.: 53 wether lambs, i4s Gd, 13s. S.D. rams, 4gns; Romney rams, 2gns, Ugns, Ijgns, 11s.
