Soak loz. sheet Gelatine in 4 cup of cold water. Then boil with lib crystallised sugar from 10-20 minutes, stirring, well. Add small piece citric or tartaric acid. Divide mixturo and colour ono half with Stevens’ “Cathedral Brand" Cochineal, and flavour tho other with Stevens’ “Cathedral Brand" Esosnco of Lemon.
