Mrs Phillips and Miss Kiehmond, of Palmerston North, aro the guests of Mrs H. V. Hammond, of Wanganui.
Miss Barbara Sandilands, Feilding, after a visit to friends in Hastings, is now spending a holiday at. Wairoa.
Miss June Taylor, Mangere, Auckland, is the guest of Mrs W. I. Baker, Feilding.
Mrs Henry Cornfoot and Miss P. Corufoot, “Greenlea,” Halcombe, are staying at Manawatu Heads.
Miss Lottie Baker, of Makino, is spending some weeks with her sister, Mrs G. Walker, Auckland.
Miss Yvonne Kapley, of Palmerston North, is the guest of Mrs G. P. Findlay, of Mountain road, Epsom.
Mrs L. Hoult and her son Desmond, are the guests of the former’s sister, Mrs E. G. Jones, Hamilton.
Mr and Mrs L. J. Plank, Elmira avenua, left yesterday to spend a holiday at Eaumati beach.
Miss Peggy Swift, of Apiti, is spending a holiday with her brother, Mr W. F. Swift, of Wellington.
Mr and Mr s G. P. Maule and family, who have been spending a holiday at Paekakariki, have returned to Palmerston North.
Miss C. Grace, of Palmerston North, is a visitor to Wanganui, where she is the guest of Mrs A. Doig, St. John’s Hill.
Mrs Neil Campbell and her little daughter Ann, of “Awanui,” Hastings, are on a visit to Mr and Mrs R. L. Levin, “Westella,” Feilding.
Mrs W. Paterson, of Wanganui, who is accompanied by her little daughter Flossie, is the guest of Mrs Cecil Bailey, Root street, Feilding. Messrs E. Morrison and D. Walker, Christchurch, who have also been entertained by Mr and Mrs Bailey, left -on Friday to pay a round of visits in the north.
Mrs F. G. Billman, of Feilding, and Miss Joan Billman, with Mr and Mrs F. Petherick, Wellington, have returned homo after a delightful holiday spent in Auckland and a motor tour of the north. Following their northern trip, Mrs and Miss Billman, accompanied Mr and Mrs Petherick to Wellington and were their guests for a week.
