The Chronicle's political correspondent declares that associates of a wellknown millionaire are prepared to spend £200,000 to iorco the resignation of Mr. Ramsay Macdonald and the withdrawal of the India Bill, by running independent Conservatives at the bye-elections, forming trueblue Conservative organisations and holding demonstrations throughout the country. The political correspondent adds: “The Government's reply will be an official announcement shortly that Sir Kingsley Wood will bo appointed the unofficial Minister of Government Propaganda with a special staff. He will also co-operate with the Cousovativo central office, Liberal, National and National Labour Committees.”
