BUNNYTHORPE At tho February meeting Mrs Jackson presided over a very good attendance and welcomed Mrs Clements as a new member. After the business and ' nominations for the new committee had ; been taken, a one-act play, entitled “Mrs Ogbody Obliges,” was staged by Misses G. Burrell, B. Donald and Mrs ’M. Donald, and proved very successful. Tho competition for tho best decorated lib tin resulted: Mrs. J. Thomas 1, Mrs Guard 2, Mrs R. Donald 3; juniors: Miss B. Chectham .1, Miss L. Gore 2, Miss M. Wood 3. Tho hostesses served a dainty afternoon tea, after which Mrs Guard, ouc of tho members, kiudly demonstrated “smocking,” for which she was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. Hostesses for next month will be Mesdames Eagle, Williamson, Robson, Misses J. O’Donnell, L. how and J. Maxwell.
