Pour boiling’ waW over’ sausages, then dry before frying them. This prevents the skins from bursting and preserves the appearance. Cauliflower should be tied up in a clean white cloth, then placed in tho saucepan. Boiled in this way, there is no-waste, it cau be lifted out easily, and does not fall to pieces. Fresh fish can be cooked in the same way.
