Lindbergh Re-crosses the Atlantic

Colonel and Mrs. Lindbergh had a great reception on landing hero from the Shetlands. They experienced difficulty in landing, owing to a number of motor-boats in the harbour. The police cleared a way to the town hall, where Colonel and Mrs. Lindbergh received a civic welcome. Coloncd Lindbergh’s survoy of the northern Atlantic is arousing attention. It is understood that the first reports aro favourable for the establishment of a regular summer servico between America and Europe, via Greenland, Iceland, tho Faroes and the Shetlands, thence to tho neighbourhood of Copenhagen, and possibly, later, a winter service via tho Azores and Bermuda.
