(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Aug. 21. Sir Miles Lampson, whose appointment as High Commissioner for Egypt and the Sudan was recently announced, is expected to tako up his duties towards the end of the year. Ho will probably stay in Peking until November, and then return to England before going to Cairo. Sir Percy Lorainc, whom he succeeds, is now .in London, and will return to Egypt to close his term there before X>roceeding to Turkey as Ambassador.
