TWO COUNTIES MAY REFUSE TO PLAY LANCASHIRE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Monday, 9.10 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 21. The Daily Mirror understands that two leading counties will refuse to play against Lancashire if it uses cither Headley or Constantine, as a protest against the mass importation of overseas stars, which is hold to be inimical to the best interests of cricket.
