New Blankets
Blankets when new sometimes have a disagreeable odour. To overcome this you can use camphor blocks or two or thr\£usmall muslin bags cont.aininng cotton-wool sprinkled with oil of lavender. Do not allow these to touch the blankets, in case of staining, but hang them on hooks in tho linen cupboard.
