CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AS SEQUEL. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. A collision involving three vehicles, a motor-car, a motor-cycle, and a push bicycle, had a sequel in the Supremo Court to-day, when Violet Blanche Larsen, a typist, of Christchurch, proceeded against George Mazcy, of Christchurch, and Edmund Pickup, of Styx. Slio claimed £234 special damages and £IOOO general damages, stating that, she had suffered severe injuries.. The defendants denied allegations of negligence. Tho accident took place on the Papanui road in October, 1932. Tho car and motor-cycle- first collided, and then collided with the cyclist. The case was not finished when the Court rose.
