Restricting Wheat Output To Effective Demand
CONFERENCE RESUMING THIS WEEK British Official Wireless. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. IS. The conversations between representatives of wheat exporting countries and wheat importing countries will be resumed at Canada House, London, on Monday. The Daily Telegraph says the recent fluctuations in wheat prices in Chicago and Winnipeg have added importance to tho conference, and emphasise tho need for reaching a firm agreement for a restriction of output and an adjustment of exports to the cffectivo demand.
