ROSEN AND KERTSCHER SENTENCED.

United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, July 22. Dr. Max Rosen has been sentenced to ten months’ and Dr. Walter Kertschcr to nine months’ imprisonment for assault on Ilcrr Luther, President of the Reichsbank, the charge having been r-duced from one of attempted murder, which it was proved was not intended. It was shown that a revolver had been fired by Kertscher to direct attention to their opinion that Luther was not fitted for his position. The bullet grazed Luther’s anti. It was fired on the Berlin station when he was nth king his lafct visit to Geneva before he resigned.
