Appeal Against Murder Conviction Dismissed
‘‘JURY ’ S VERDICT WAS WARRANTED.” Received Friday, 7.30 p.m. SYDNEY, July 22. William Moxlcy’s appeal against his conviction and death sentence for murder was dismissed, tho Chief Justice (Sir Philip Street) saying there was ample evidence to warrant the jury’s verdict.
