ABERDEEN SAUSAGE. (To be Eaten Cold.) One pound blade bono steak, Jib. lean bacon, 2 cups stale breadcrumbs, a little sauce, I teaspoon salt, J teaspoon pepper, 1 egg. Mince tho steak and bacon. Add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, sauce and egg (beaten). Mix well, press together very closely, roll in a well floured cloth, and boil gently for two hours.
