ARRIVING WITH WIFE ON APRIL 21st. « LONDON, Dec. 30. The Salvationists, General and Mrs Higgins, leave on February 3rd for Australia, via Canada and New Zealand. They arrive at Auckland on April 21st, and at Sydney on May 22nd. General Higgins will preside at public conferences and will privately discuss property schemes and extensions of social and evangelical work.
