MOTOR CAR ACCIDENT British Official Wireless. RUGBY, Dec. 30. Sir Herbert Samuel, Secretary of State for Home Affairs, who has been spending part of tho recess at Torquay, set out by motor car to visit Dartmoor prison at Princetowm to-day. Tho machino skidded on an ice-bound moorland road and ran into a ditch. Sir Herbert Samuel and his chauffeur were uninjured, but the car was damaged and Sir Herbert proceeded on foot.
