But it must be remembered that only this one motor-car Company carries on assembling and finishing operations on such a scale as to allow it to incorporate New Zealand woollen upholstery in its cars. It is significant too, that it alone uses New Zealand made bumpers, luggage carriers, timber, hardware, - tyre-covers, in fact every usable New Zealand material, in the famous group of ears it produces at the Fetone Plant *. . and that 65% of the purchase price of these cars stays to circulate in the country. ■ For these reasons New Zealanders are giving ©arefial consideration to General Motors’ cars. And they find that the pound for pound value of the cars themselves, as testified to by 30,000 New Zealand owners, is a guarantee of a satisfactory personal investment,
