BUYERS’ HEAVY LOSS. Per Press Association. WHANGAREI, Last Night. A brilliant illumination was caused late last night by a fire in tho kauri gum store of M. and S. Kokich, in the business area of Whangarei, It is estimated that gum valued at £6OO was destroyed, including a collection of choice specimens worth £6O. The building was an old iron structure, dating back fifty years. Tho owners’ loss is considerable.
