WOMEN’S INSTITUTE MEETING. From Our Own Correspondent. Mrs. E. E. Short presided at the monthly meeting of the Cheltenham Women’s Institute on Wednesday afternoon. Three additional members wore elected to the committee and sub-commit-tees were formed for a members’ stall and for musical arrangements. An interesting demonstration on paper flower malting was given by Mrs. F. Billman, of Feilding, for which she was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. Afternoon tea was seived by Mesdames Athol Shannon, E. E. Short and Shannon, who v r ere the hostesses
