MIDNIGHT INTRUDER IN NURSE'S HOME

POLICE MAKE ARREST. The -peaceful quiet of the Nurses*' Homo at the Palmerston North Hospital was rudely disturbed shortly after midnight on Friday by cries of terror and surprise issuing .through the stilly night from a room occupied by one ,of the domestic staff. The consternation arose from the unconventional and uninvited visit of a manj to the young woman’s bedroom. Whether intentionally or not: is not known, but’the intruder is stated to have pushed the’ occupant of the room over when she arose to discover the why and wherefore of the nocturnal visit and as a result she 'is suffering from minor physical injuries and shock. Arising out of the above DetectiveSergeant Quirko on Saturday interviewed and arrested Marcus Moulder, a man about 26, and he will appear in court this morning to answer a charge.
