CRICKET.
MANAWATU ASSOCIATION
MEETING.
Mr F. J. Oakley presided at a meeting of the management committee of the Manawatu Cricket Aseociation last evening. ■
It was decided that the ground fees be as follow: —Senior, 1/- per member per playing day; juniors, 6d; third grade, 3d, exce'pt High School, who will pay £lO for ground fees for the season, instead of paying weekly fees, the school to And two wickets for Association jjpiatches. Affiliation fees were fixed at £3 3/for senior, £2 2/- for junior, and £1 1/- for third grade. The transfer of A. Thomas -from senior to junior grade was granted. A letter was received from the Y.M.C.A., making application for' a wicket on Labour 4 Day.—Granted, the usual fee of £1 1/- to be charged. The president and secretary were constituted a postponement committee, the assistant secretary to act in the absence of either.
