A meeting: of creditors of bankrupt Waiter A. Langley was held at the District Official Assignee’s office yesterday. There were present Messrs Cato for the Repatriation Department, Wilton for the Otaki Dairy Co., Perry . and Titcombe on their own account. Bankrupt stated that he had no assets other than his furniture, and there were no prospects of his having any. It was moved that provided bankrupt paid 10/ in the £ at the rate of £1 per week the creditors would bo satisfied. Bankrupt objected to one creditor participating in the dividend, as the amount owing was disputed.
