Meggitt’s Linseed Oilcake Meal. FOE CALVES. PIGS, HORSES, OR CATTLE. We have a small consignment of this popular stock food arriving. Clients requiring any should hook at once, as there is only a limited quantity available. We report a good entry of pigs on Saturday, which met with good competition. Poultry was in better supply and prices were very good. Produce moved off in good quantities at market rates. Following are the sales: Weaners (small) 6s 3d, fair 10s to 15s, good 15a 6d to 20s, slips ,13s to 21s 9d, porkers 365, store sows 47s 6d, boar £2; hens 5s to 8s pair, small chickens 8d to Is Bd, medium 3s Sd, pigeons 4s 9d, pullets to 15s, ducklings to 9s 3d, ducks 6s 6d to 7s 6d. geese 9s, turkey gobblers 27s 6d to 355.
