(Before Mr W, (.1. K. Kenrick, S.M. At the Poliee Court yesterday mornin<r young man, Mux Olsen, pleaded not- guilty to a. charge of tlieft of a coppor boiler valued at 150s. Accused was remanded until October 20th. Andrew Williamson, an old man, charged with being a rogue and vagabond, was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
