SIGNIFICANT REMARK. '" FROM SMALL BEGINNINGS.'' Press Assn—By Telegraph—Copyright London, April 19. Hon. Thos. Mackenzie, Sir H. Just, Mr Cathcart Wason, M.P., and many New Zealanders farewelled Hon. Jas. Allen at Euston station. Mr Allen said he was satisfied with the final interview on naval matters with Hon. Winston Churchill, and hoped the outcome would be to place New Zealand's naval defence on a concrete basis, even if the beginnings were small.
