The Times' Berlin correspondent says that the subscription of two and a half million sterling for Imperial and live million for Prussian Consols was fairly satisfactory; also the renewal of ten million Prussian Treasury bonds. But the disfavour shown toward the additional ten million bonds reflects the condition of the money market and the bad impression caused by the coming enormous levy upon property.
