Press Assn—By Telegraph—Copyright Constantinople, March 9. Several Turkish sentries have been frozen to death at Chataldja. Bulair, March 9. It is reported that Arab troops in the Dardanelles mutinied owing to the cold, and fifty were shot.

A VERY SICK GARRISON
Prees Assn—By Telegraph—Copyright Athens, March 9. The Crown Prince received a remarkable demonstration on entering Jauina. The people embraced the soldiers and kissed the officers' hands. Six t lousand of the garrison were sick and wounded. Part of the Turkish army left Janina on Wednesday in the direction of Albania after pillaging the Christians' shops. General Souso has been appointed Governor of Janina. The Turkish prisoners at Espiruis total a hundred thousand.
