IN MEDITERRANEAN. Press Aesn—By Telegraph—Copyright London, Jan. 9. The Daily Telegraph states that Germany has decided that when the Balkan crisis is settled the warships Goeben, Breslau, Herta, Vinetta, Geier and Loreley will remain in the Mediterranean, using Pola and Trieste (Austrian ports) as bases, and passing in war time under the orders of the Austro-Hungarian com-manders-in-chief.
