Press Assn—By Telegraph—Copyright Hobart. Yesterday. At the Mount Lvell Disaster Commission, Harris, chief electrician of the Mount Lyell mine, said electrically a fiie was absolutely impossible. There were no indications of an electrical fire being discovered. Mr Fraser, an electrical engineer of large American experience, inspected the mine since the fire, and said the installation was first class. He was unable to see how the fire started. The provisions for safety Were well carried out.
