EMPIRE TRADE.

COMMISSION SAILS. Press Assn—By Telegraph—Copyright Sydney, Jan. 10, Hon. J. R. Sinclair, New Zealand's representative on the Empire Trade Commission, has arrived. He declined to speak on the work of the Commission, but said the main body was aboard the Medina, arriving early in February. They expect to begin their work in New Zealand early in March, spending about a month there. Then they would go to Australia, whence all would return to their own homes. A fresh start would be made toward the end of the year, the commission visiting South Africa, thence going to England, Canada, and Newfoundland, and returning to England to frame their report. Mr Sinclair sails for New Zealand by the Manuka on Saturday..
